Information I Collect

I collect information you choose to give me—for example, when you claim from the virtual board, check your loyalty points, send a trade-in, enter a drawing, text our business number, fill out a contact form, or sign up for text alerts. This can include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your ZIP code (used only to confirm it's really you when checking points or claiming)
• Your TikTok or Whatnot username
• Notes you add to an order, and photos you upload for trade-ins
• Your claims, loyalty points, and order history, including orders you place on my Bomb Party site

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may save small settings on your device, like a display preference or keeping you signed in.

How I Use Your Information

• To fill your claims and orders and keep track of your loyalty points
• To reply to your messages and questions
• To send opted-in text alerts about my TikTok live events, new jewelry drops, and updates

Opting Out (Stop & Help)

You are always in control of the texts you receive. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive any messages from us. If you need further assistance, you can text “HELP” for more information.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Sharing & Privacy

I value your trust above all else. I never sell or rent your information, and I never share it for anyone else's marketing. To run the site and fill your orders, your information is handled by Bomb Party and a small number of trusted services for website hosting and storage, photo storage, email, text messaging, and spam filtering, including an AI tool that helps match incoming text messages to the right customer. They use it only to provide those services to me. If you'd like to know which services I use, just email me and I'll tell you.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Age Restrictions (18+)

Forever Fizzing It is intended for adult customers. Our services and products are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. By opting into our SMS service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Keeping Your Information

I keep your claim, points, and order history so your rewards and past orders stay accurate. You can ask me to delete your information at any time by emailing me, and I will remove it unless I need to keep it to finish an open order.
